Art Specifications

Please send electronic artwork in the following methods or media:

  • File Submission: Upload your file through your browser. Please note: uploading files will not place your order. Please submit your order to jfrederick@moslowwood.com prior to uploading art.
  • Email: (file size 10mb or less) to art@moslowwood.com using a PC format as a JPEG or TIF
  • Other: Diskettes, CDROM, DVDR through postal service

Please send VECTOR (EPS, PDF, or AI) artwork only.

  • Please send or fax hard copy printout

Please use the below listed software applications:

  • Adobe Illustrator
  • CorelDraw
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • NOTE: An hourly art charge will occur if enhancement is needed.

NAME LISTS

  • Please provide all names and/or drop ship locations in Microsoft Excel format.

PAPER PROOF

  • A paper proof will be provided via email or fax at no additional charge. Approval must be returned via email within 24 hours to not effect in-hands date.
  • NOTE: Requests for changes after approval may be subject to additional charges and effect scheduled ship date.
